Security deposits are returned within 30 days of departure of rental, providing the property is left in good standing.
What is your cancellation policy?
As long as you cancel 45 days prior, you will receive a full refund of your fees, minus a $150 administrative fee. If you cancel with less than 45 days notice, you will receive a full refund (minus the $150 admin fee) as long as we are able to rebook the property. Generally, we can rebook the property, but may have to rebook at a lower rate if cancelled with little notice. In circumstances where the property is rebooked at a lower rate, refunds will only be made only to the amount collected for rebooking. However, if cancellations occur less than 45 days before arrival, and we are not able to secure any form of rebooking, no monies will be returned.
