Flying bridge is situated in a dramatic, secluded, cliff-side setting on beautiful Crockett Cove! Designed by beloved area artist Emily Muir, the home is built to complement the rugged, native setting. In a stunningly beautiful spot, Flying Bridge securely overhangs the water while capturing the most spectacular ocean vistas. The home itself wonderfully blends both color and texture, and rustic and contemporary, to splendid results. Floor to ceiling windows, built in book cases, beamed wooden ceilings, massive brick fireplace add to the original style. Back outside, a massive deck takes in the breathtaking views, with steps leading through the woods and down to the shoreline. Located near the mouth of Crocket Cove, it enjoys views out to Penobscot Bay, or further in to the cove. The cove also provides an excellent venue for kayaking, as well as easily kayaking over to nearby Burnt Cove. This is a truly unique property in a remarkable setting.
