Edgewater is a beautiful custom built home with 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 2 half baths. Great location at the water's edge located between Surry and Ellsworth with fantastic views of MDI and Acadia. Only 5 miles from the city of Ellsworth and 20 minutes from Mount Desert Island and Acadia National Park. Excellent location for kayaking. This property is truly a luxury retreat! Bring your loved one and have that beautiful wedding right here in Maine. If you choose to have a wedding here, there is an extra charge for cleaning and trash removal. This property is for sale.

The king bed is on the first floor master bedroom for easy access with an ensuite bath with a walk in shower. The second floor has 2 large bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath between them.The master suite on this floor has a king bed and an ensuite bath room with whirlpool tub. The third story boasts one large room with two twin beds and it's own bathroom with a whirlpool tub. All bedrooms have ocean views! Beach, covered porch with views of MDI and Acadia National Park, radiant heat.
